We'll march together to the ferry and then take a boat to Lautenberg's
Camden office

Take action with ACT UP Philly to demand:
* more money for AIDS housing
* an end to the federal ban on funding syringe exchange
* and increased funding for global AIDS.

Do we have to wait til it's one HIV infection every 9 minutes?
every minute? every second?
