Critical Path's email server is currently experiencing some problems. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
We are upgrading our email system on May 12th at 7:00pm. If you are having any difficulties with your email please call the Critpath Help desk at 215-525-8664.
If you are having problems getting your mail and you use: yourusername@critpath.org, emove the @critpath.org from your username and try again to access your mail.
If you continue to have a problem with your mail please call 215-985-4448 ext. 145
Maintenance for Friday, November 19, 2010
On Friday November 19th we will be doing maintenance on the server that is currently hosting all of the Critpath Websites. This maintenance should not have any impact on any of the websites that we host. What will change is the way that you FTP to your website. We are moving to SFTP, or Secure FTP. Your host name, username and passwords have not changed only the protocol will change. If you use Filezilla, you will need to select SFTP instead of FTP. If you use another FTP program and/or are not sure how to use SFTP, please contact me and I will assist you in this transition.
When you connect for the first time via Secure FTP or SFTP, you will be prompted to approve the server's fingerprint.
You can safely choose to remember this fingerprint for future connections.
Important Notice for Critpath List Owners: 9-3-2010
Critical Path will be making changes to its Mailman lists. If you manage a Critpath list, your new email address will be yourlistname@lists.critpath.org and the website to manage the lists will be http://lists.critpath.org/mailman/admin/yourlistname. If you are experiencing any problems posting or receiving messages to your Critpath Mailman list, please contact us at 215-985-4448 x 145.
Upgrading from PHP version 4.3 to 5.3.2 - April 4 & 5, 2010
If your website is running an old version of Drupal or WordPress, please be advised that you will need to upgrade these applications before we upgrade PHP or your website may run into some difficulty. If you are running any other applications that use PHP, we advise that you upgrade them to the newest tested release. If you have any questions please call 215-985-4448 ext.145.
Email will be upgraded on February 9, 2009!
Critical Path will be upgrading our online Email program, IMP, to version 4.3. We are very excited about this move and hope it will make your experience better.
