Server Policy
In order to maintain adequate space on our servers for everyone to be able to utilize the Critical Path system, the administrators of the system plan to delete old email messages from our servers on a monthly basis. Each month, we will delete all messages that are over 30 days old from the Inboxes of all users.
What does this mean? If you download email messages to your PC or Mac's hard drive on a daily basis, this monthly deletion of old emails will not affect you. This policy will affect you the most if you only utilize our web based email, or if you have set your email program to leave messages on the Critical Path server or you do not download your email on a regular basis.
