Moms and Dads go to Washington

Houston PFLAG organized Moms and Dads, with help from the Human Rights Campaign. On March 19, 1996, almost 200 parents, family members and friends of lesbians and gays went to Washington, DC to let Congress know that they support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act.
