Public Computer Centers

Critical Path is proud to manage 27 Public Computer Centers, also known as KEYSPOTS, as part of the Philadelphia Freedom Rings Partnership, a collaborative city-wide initiative funded by the federal stimulus Broadband Technology Opportunity Program to provide FREE Internet access and FREE computer training to thousands of people in Philadelphia. We host four publc computer centers directly under FIGHT programming, and collaborate with partners across the city to operate 23 more.
