Critical Path provides first-level help desk support for clients that have a Critical Path email account, a Critical Path electronic mailing list, or host their website on Critical Path servers.
We provide a ticketing system that will allow you to submit a ticket and let us work on the problem. You can continually check on the status of the ticket to see where we are on solving your problem.
